For the purpose of vehicle layout, we need to know if you plan to offer some type of game for children from your spot. This will place you in the "fun zone". We want to ensure you have plenty of room for a line for children wanting to participate, there fore we need to know if you are only going to hand out candy or if you plan on some sort of game or both.

• Set up begins at 4:15pm. Parking attendants will direct you where to park in the registered vehicle parking area.

• No vehicular traffic will be allowed in event area after 5:15pm.

• Participants should be prepared for 2000+ children to visit their vehicle. BRING YOUR OWN CANDY

• If giving out toys or prizes, please remember that children will range from infants to young teens.

• Please note the following deadline:

  • Vehicle Registration Deadline: Monday October 24, 2023

  • Registration Forms can be mailed to P.O Box 21642, Bullhead City, AZ 86439, submitted online or emailed to: marilynleisure@yahoo.com

FOR SAFETY REASONS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE EVENT AREA UNTIL 8:30PM OR AFTER, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. IF YOU RUN OUT OF GOODIES, ASK A KIWANIAN REPRESENTATIVE FOR MORE OR CLOSE YOUR TRUNK.

IF YOU NEED POWER FOR LIGHTS OR SPECIAL EFFECTS YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN GENERATOR

I do here release the Kiwanis Club of the Colorado River from any liability, and for any claims, demands or courses of action arising out of or reason of the above activity for which i have registered. i further state and affirm that I am aware of the fact that the aforesaid activity, even under the safest condition possible, may be hazardous, that I assume the risk of any and all loss or damage to property and/or bodily injury, including death, however caused, resulting from, arising out of, in any way connected with the aforementioned activity. I here agree to hold harmless the Kiwanis Club of the Colorado River and their representatives from and against any and all claims liability and occurring as a result of my participating in the aforementioned activity.
